Your Desire is Not A Yearning For Something
Your desire is not a yearning for what you want and do not have. Your desire, your bliss, is all about the joy, exuberance, gleeful anticipation and enthusiasm you feel when you now choose to make and allow what you truly want to be, do and have be your present experience. Watch as I read from “Ask and It Is Giving” by Abraham-Hicks, do a Triple Welcoming Release for letting go of resistance to Desire, and give an example of how letting go and allowing myself to be present has helped me step into the next phase my life and welcome my desire to follow my bliss and fully develop The Tools of Letting Go into the Mastermind Course of my dreams….
Does Your Desire feel like a Delicious Awareness of New Possibilities?
A Quote on Desire from “Ask and It is Given”
We would describe the sensation of desire as the delicious awareness of new possibilities. Desire is a fresh, free feeling of anticipating wonderful expansion. The feeling of desire is truly the feeling of life flowing through you. But many people, while they are using the word desire, feel something quite different. Desire, for them, often feels like yearning for while they are focused upon something that they want to experience or have, they are equally aware of its absence. And, so, while they are using words of desire, they are offering a vibration of lack. They come to think that the feeling of desire is like wanting something that they do not have. But there is no feeling of lack in pure desire.
So, if you will keep in mind that whenever you ask, it is always given- then each of your desires will now be
pure non-resisted desire.
Many people desire things that they are not currently living fully, and in some cases they have desired them for a long period of time. And so, they think about the thing they desire, and then they think about not having it. In time, they come to believe that the way they feel (as they think about what they want, and realize they do not have it, but cannot figure out how to get it) is the way desire feels. But they are not in the state of pure desire: they are in the state of resisted desire. Often their vibration is more about the absence or lack of what they want than it is about what they want.
Without even realizing what they are doing, they are holding themselves vibrationally apart from their own desires, so in time they come to believe that this sluggish, unfulfilled feeling of not getting what they want is really what desire feels like.
Can You Relate?
I have lived in that kind of lack thinking, always wanting to truly follow my bliss and develop the Tools of Letting Go Mastermind Course, yet always choosing the thoughts and feeling of how it could never happen. “I never have enough time” was my mantra, which is most definitely steeped in lack feelings and thinking.
Letting Go of Resisting Your Desire
So, lets go ahead and do some Triple Welcoming on our desires.
- Welcome what it has felt like to want to follow your bliss and live your true desire.
- Welcome all the memories, feelings, beliefs and sensations.
- Welcome any wanting: wanting security, approval, control, separation or oneness.
- Welcome any notion that any of those memories are who you really are.
- And as you look beyond it all, what is present, right here, Now?
Would you rather just want your desires, just want to really follow your bliss, or would you rather have that desire for your perfect life be what you are now experiencing in this present moment? In the video above, I give a present example of how I have recently attracted exactly what I want into my life by simply and finally allow myself to feel how I want to feel about my desire NOW.. and most of the time, while letting go of lack feelings and resistance to that desire.
To Your Peace and Prosperity,
