Follow Your Bliss using the Chart of Emotions

Hi Guys,

When I studied the Sedona Method, I learned about how to follow your bliss using the chart of emotions. This chart is kind of like the layers of your emotional onion. The more time and effort that you can put into keeping yourself functioning from the core emotions of courageousness, acceptance and peace the more success you will have in all aspects of your life. What as I take you through how to use the Chart of Emotions to follow your bliss

So, to use the chart of emotions to more effectively follow your bliss, you need to spend a little time each day focusing on the three core emotions: courageousness, acceptance and peace (peace is the most powerful). As you focus on all of you thoughts, emotions, feelings, sensations, and images that come up in you related to these emotions, simply ask yourself these three questions:

  • Could you just let it go?
  • Would you just let it go?
  • When?
  • Then repeat the process for each of the core emotions

If you will commit yourself to doing this process for 15-20 minutes per day, you will be AMAZED at the results you will begin to manifest in your home business and the rest of your life.

Wow David, So glad I went “back in time” to visit this post. Very helpful. This is the first I’ve learned of the Chart of Emotions. Gave me a great idea for an addition to the training to come for members of National Seizure Disorders Foundation.
I’m looking forward to many more trips with the Bliss Guy!
